These terms govern your use of Premier Shield executive protection and travel security services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Service Scope
Premier Shield provides executive protection, travel security, risk assessment, and related services as outlined in individual service agreements. Services are delivered according to agreed specifications and duty-of-care mandates.
Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate itinerary and risk information
- Timely communication of changes or concerns
- Following security protocols and recommendations
- Payment according to agreed terms
Confidentiality
All client information, itineraries, and operational details are treated as strictly confidential. Information is shared only on a need-to-know basis with vetted team members directly involved in service delivery.
Limitation of Liability
While we exercise reasonable care and professional standards, executive protection services cannot eliminate all risks. Our liability is limited as detailed in individual service agreements and subject to applicable law.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are subject to arbitration under the rules specified in the service agreement.
